The Commissioning for Quality and Innovation (CQUIN) is a framework within the NHS that supports improvements in the quality of services and the creation of new, improved patterns of care. It covers several areas, aiming to drive transformational change in the NHS. One of these areas, CQUIN 1b*, focuses on healthy food for NHS staff, visitors and patients. We have a number of different pack sizes designed to make sure you have the serving solution you need, from large format Bulk-packs down to single-serve Portion-packs.
- Portion-packs (e.g. 40x23g) - Gives a perception of quality and builds trust as they make big brands easily recognisable. The most hygienic format providing single portions and are best for low volume services.
- Bag-packs (e.g. 4x500g) - Designed for loose display for self-serve. Best for medium to high levels of volume.
- Bulk-packs (e.g. 3x3kg) - Suited to very high volume breakfast services.
