How to maximise your Crisps sales

- Help improve your customer’s shopping experience by making it easy to find what they’re looking for.

- Stock the recommended best sellers and use NPD to drive incremental sales.

- Group similar pack formats together on fixture (large sharing, bigger eat, singles).

- Place these pack formats in the right location in store:

  • Large sharing in main aisle.
  • Bigger eat (often price marked £1) at front of store/impulse locations.
  • Singles next to sandwiches, drinks and other on the go products.

- Give additional facings to best sellers to drive standout and improve availability.
