INGREDIENTS

  • 90g plain flour
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 75g Kellogg's All-Bran Original Cereal
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 60g soft butter or margarine
  • 700g sliced apples
  • 45g packed brown sugar

DIRECTIONS

Makes : 8 servings

1. In medium bowl, mix together cereal, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Using blender, cut in butter until crumbly. Set aside.

2. Place apples in 20 cm square baking dish (or 2 l casserole dish) coated with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle with sugar and lemon juice; toss gently. Sprinkle with cereal mixture.

3. Bake at 190°C for about 30 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is light brown.
